Standard Bent Glass Corp is committed to the research and development of stronger, lighter, and higher performance security glazing products for transparent armor systems. The following tests have been successfully completed:
BALLISTIC
• ATPD 2352R Level 3A Ambient - 53psf
• ATPD 2352R Level 3A All Temp - 43psf
• ATPD 2352R Level 2B - 29psf
We are approved for all threat levels for Transparent Armor on the HMMWV for Doors and Windshields.
DEFROSTING (24 Volt Heated Windshields)
• SAE J381
Successfully passed test at -25° F and -50° F with 100% clearing in less than
30 minutes.
