When requesting a quotation for bent glass, it is best to supply a tracing or sketch of the curve showing the glass dimensions in terms of:

	A. Glass Thickness
	B. Outside Girth
	C. Outside Radius
	D. Height or Length
	E. Outside Chord
	F. Outside Depth

Note: Quotes concerning glass with tangential flat(s) must include flat length(s).
